The Bible has a lot to say about the power of your words. Revelation 12:11 promises that you can gain victory over the devil through your testimony of what the Lord has done in your life:
“They overcame [Satan] by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony!”
In addition, your story of God’s faithfulness can help restore hope to the hopeless, faith to the doubting, and joy to the downcast.
