Surrounded by countless competing voices, Christina discovered that only one truly leads to truth, freedom, and life.

From the time she was little, Christina heard a lot of voices. Some whispered lies. Others pointed to life. The trouble was, she didn’t always know which was which.

As a child, her parents dropped her off at church, where she heard Bible stories and learned about God. He made sense. But Jesus? He was a mystery.

As she grew older, new voices took center stage—teachers, friends, culture. “What they said made sense at the time because it felt right. I kept hearing that abortion wasn’t a big deal—just an easy way to move forward. So, I believed it.” In high school and college, she made choices based on that belief.

But truth has a way of finding us.

At first, the weight of her decisions didn’t register. But as the years passed, guilt tightened its grip. She felt lost—like she had “blown it with Jesus” for good. Still, something pulled her back to God. One night, she cried out, “Who is Jesus? I need to know.” And God answered.

It happened at a Christmas play. “As I watched the story of Christ’s birth, everything clicked. Jesus wasn’t just another religious figure—He was God in the flesh. He came to rescue and redeem me. In that moment, I knew His love was real.”

Discovering the Life-Changing Truth of Jesus

That’s when her life began to change. She became a teacher, met her husband, and became pregnant. But just as she settled into this new chapter, darkness crept in.

“I started feeling like something was draining the life force from people. The word perish kept running through my mind. It terrified me.”

One day, the weight of it all became too much. “I collapsed in my parents’ arms. I just couldn’t take it anymore.” They rushed her to the hospital.

“I heard screaming. Women and children crying. Then suddenly, a gunshot rang out, and a bruise appeared on my arm. I had no idea what was happening. Then, I saw it—a golden, transparent city. For the first time in weeks, I felt peace.”

The doctors called it schizophrenia. Christina knew it was something else—God was revealing Himself to her.

“I had sinned so much; I was desperate for truth and peace. But I found LIFE in Jesus. I learned to speak the Word of God over my life and believe it.”

Today, Christina clings to her faith, knowing the power of God’s truth. She finds strength in ministries like Inspiration Ministries, which help her stay rooted in God’s Word.

“I believe God is sounding an alarm for this world,” Christina says. “I want to keep reaching out—to proclaim that Jesus gives life.”
