Trapped in a Lesbian Relationship

What would you do if your daughter was trapped in a lesbian relationship?

God’s love broke through after Jim and Maggie called the Inspiration Prayer Center to agree with them for the breakthrough their daughter needed. They sent this letter to tell us the story:

“Dear Inspiration Ministries,

My wife recently called the Inspiration Prayer Center and spoke with a prayer minister named Barbara about our daughter, who was heavily involved in a lesbian relationship. Barbara fervently prayed with my wife and asked God to deliver our daughter and send a wonderful man into her life. Sometime later, she even called my wife back to pray again for our daughter.

Before my wife called for prayer, we learned that our daughter had become deeply entrenched in lesbianism by the time she graduated from college. She was freely sharing about her homosexual lifestyle with many friends and relatives, but not with us. Even when growing evidence led us to suspect this was the case, she always denied it when asked.

After she graduated, we invited her to move home temporarily while she completed her professional certification requirements. But things reached the breaking point when evidence of her lesbianism became unmistakable and she became increasingly deceitful and manipulative.

The misery she was creating in our home eventually forced us to throw her out for the best interests of our family. Yet we were devastated to come to this point, and a cloud of sorrow hung over our home.

About six weeks later, our daughter briefly came back to the house, and my wife convinced her to hold hands with us and her brother while we prayed for God to break her bondage to homosexuality. That’s when we first called the Inspiration Prayer Center and asked Barbara to intercede for our daughter’s deliverance.

Although our daughter’s lesbian relationship ended shortly after she was kicked out of our house, she still struggled to regain stability in her life. She moved to Texas, came back again, and drifted in uncertainty for a long time.

Eventually, she began seeking relationships with men, but we weren’t confident that this was a permanent change. However, it soon became clear that God was gradually bringing about lasting changes in her life.

Three weeks ago, she married a wonderful young man, with all the moral values and character traits anyone could ever want in a son-in-law. Our old daughter is back—happy and at peace. We are absolutely thrilled with our newfound relationship with her and her husband.

We praise the Lord for this amazing miracle in our family and have no doubt that the prayers of the Inspiration Prayer Center played a big role. To every parent or grandparent facing similar heartache and sorrow, take heart. God is still faithful to answer prayer and perform miracles!”
