Embracing Change & Sharing the Love of Jesus

Inspiration MinistriesBy Inspiration Ministries12 Minutes

The urgency of the Great Commission has never been clearer. Billions of people around the world still do not know Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, and many have never heard the Gospel clearly explained. With more than 60 million people dying worldwide each year, the call to proclaim Christ and make disciples remains one of the most urgent responsibilities entrusted to the Church.

This is not just a statistic—it is a spiritual calling. And it is the heartbeat behind everything we do at Inspiration Ministries.

The Gospel Never Changes—but the Methods Must

The message of Jesus Christ has never needed improvement. It is timeless, unchanging, and powerful enough to transform any life. But the ways we communicate that message must continue to reach people where they are.

During the global pandemic, many churches turned to streaming and digital platforms, allowing biblical teaching, worship, and Gospel outreach to continue beyond the walls of a building.

That season revealed something important: when the Church uses available tools faithfully, the message of Jesus can reach people in new places and at unexpected moments. Inspiration Ministries has embraced that same principle. Our calling is not only to proclaim Christ, but to make the Gospel accessible to people searching for hope and truth in a rapidly changing world.

From Television to Digital Discipleship

Recently, Inspiration Ministries made a crucial decision: shifting from television to digital platforms for our evangelism and discipleship efforts. This shift got underway when Inspiration TV, our international network, ceased broadcasting in 2024, allowing resources required for its operation to be redirected to our digital outreach. This move highlights our passionate commitment to the Great Commission and maximizes the impact of support from our incredible friends and partners worldwide.

Over the past several years, Inspiration Ministries has harnessed the power of the Internet to reach millions of hurting people annually with the truth of a loving God. Through carefully curated digital content, we have witnessed a remarkable response as spiritual seekers find solace and answers amidst the vast expanse of the web. Whether through mobile devices, search engines, or social media, the Internet has become one of the largest mission fields in human history. And we believe God has positioned us to serve in that space with clarity and purpose.

What We Are Seeing God Do

Over the past several years, we have witnessed something extraordinary. Every day, on average, we present the Gospel to more than 65,000 people. This adds up to almost 24 million people each year hearing the Good News!

More encouraging than the reach is the response.

Each year, millions of people let us know that they repented of their sins, placed their faith in Jesus Christ, and received Him as their personal Lord and Savior. Hallelujah! These numbers represent real people—individuals, families, seekers, and hurting hearts encountering the hope of the Gospel.

The Great Commission Includes Discipleship

When someone responds to the Gospel in repentance and faith, the journey of following Jesus is just beginning. Christ commanded us not only to proclaim the Gospel, but also to make disciples and teach them to obey all that He commanded.

That is why we are committed to online discipleship and spiritual growth, helping new and growing believers develop a deeper relationship with God.

Through inspiration.org, as well as our International Prayer Center, daily newsletters, video teachings, and devotional resources, we provide ongoing encouragement and powerful teaching for all believers—new and seasoned—designed to help them develop a deep, enduring faith and a close, intimate relationship with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

The decision to pivot from traditional broadcasting to digital discipleship allows us to utilize the accessibility and immediacy of online platforms. Drawing strength from the words of Jesus, we continue our mission.

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age” (Matthew 28:19–20).

A Biblical Foundation for Global Outreach

The methods may have evolved, but the vision is not new. In fact, our vision is rooted in the established teachings of Scripture.

In Romans 10:14-15, the apostle Paul’s exhortation underscores the urgency of the task at hand and highlights the indispensable need of sending the Gospel into all the world—a mission to which Inspiration Ministries is steadfastly dedicated.

“How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent?”

Paul’s words remind us that the mission of the Church has always required movement—going, speaking, sharing, and sending.

Amidst the changing tides of technology, the ministry’s bedrock commitment to that mission remains resolute.

Why Partnership Matters

The scope of this mission is far greater than any one ministry can carry alone. Every day, millions of people are searching for hope. Reaching them requires resources, technology, creative content, prayer support, and faithful partnership.

When you partner with Inspiration Ministries, you are not simply supporting a media organization. You are participating in a global mission to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with those who have never heard it clearly before.

Your partnership helps:

  • Present the Gospel to thousands every day
  • Provide discipleship resources for new believers
  • Support prayer care for those seeking God
  • Expand digital outreach into new regions and languages
  • Strengthen believers around the world

A Moment That Demands Response

We live in a time of unprecedented opportunity and urgency. Technology has opened doors to the nations in ways previous generations could only imagine. At the same time, people around the world are searching online for hope, truth, peace, and answers to life’s deepest questions.

“Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God” (2 Corinthians 5:20).

That is not a message of fear—it is a call to purpose.

As we continue this transition into a deeper digital mission field, we do so with humility, faith, and deep gratitude for those who stand with us. If God is prompting your heart, we invite you to prayerfully consider partnering with Inspiration Ministries. Your support helps ensure that someone, somewhere in the world, will hear the message of Jesus Christ for the very first time—and have the opportunity to respond.

Together, we are not just adapting to change. We are advancing the Gospel.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is digital evangelism a replacement for the local church?

No. Digital evangelism can introduce people to Jesus, answer spiritual questions, and provide biblical encouragement, but believers still need the fellowship, accountability, worship, and discipleship found in a faithful local church. Online ministry can open the door, but the Christian life is meant to be lived in community with other believers.

Can someone truly respond to the Gospel online?

Yes. The Gospel is “the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes” (Romans 1:16), whether it is heard in a church, through a personal conversation, or online. A digital platform cannot save anyone, but God can use the truth of His Word to convict hearts, lead people to repentance, and draw them to faith in Jesus Christ.

What happens after someone responds to the Gospel?

When someone responds in repentance and faith, the journey of following Jesus begins. New believers need biblical teaching, prayer, encouragement, and connection with other Christians. Inspiration Ministries provides digital discipleship resources to help people grow in God’s Word, understand their new life in Christ, and take their next steps of faith.

How does Inspiration Ministries know when someone has responded to the Gospel?

People respond through digital forms, prayer requests, emails, and other online channels after viewing or reading Gospel content. These responses allow the ministry to follow up with encouragement, prayer, and discipleship resources. While only God fully knows the heart, each response represents someone who has taken a meaningful step toward Jesus Christ.

Why is partnership essential to digital evangelism?

Reaching people online requires more than publishing content. It takes technology, translation, biblical teaching, creative development, prayer support, and ongoing follow-up. Through prayer and financial partnership, believers help make it possible for more people to hear the Gospel and receive resources that encourage spiritual growth.

How can I help share the Gospel through Inspiration Ministries?

You can pray for those who are searching for truth, share Gospel-centered content with others, and financially support the ministry’s outreach. Every act of faithful partnership helps extend the message of Jesus Christ to people who may never enter a church but are searching online for hope.
