Surfing has a special place in my heart. Standing on top of a mountain of water surging with power makes me feel totally alive. But I’ve found something even better by following Jesus’ teaching and being obedient to God’s Word.

If you hold to my teaching, you are truly my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free (John 8:31-32).

Have you ever experienced God’s ultimate freedom by obeying His instruction and discovering His truth? Instead of chasing your own desires, you can discover His supernatural power by moving into the flow of His joy and goodness!

I promise you – that kind of life is more thrilling than any extreme sport. Like a surfer in the water, you will be completely focused on the moment with Him … ready to take on the perfect wave.

Not only will you know God’s freedom to pursue His plans for you, but He will also cause you to be a soul rescuer to surf through life for those He seeks.

Can you imagine a more exciting life? The rush is like nothing you’ve experienced before, but first you must take a few steps of faith:

Engage Your Mind

“Be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God” (Romans 12:2).

God created you for a relationship with Him, and He communicates continually – through His Word, others, and your circumstances. He’s even provided His Holy Spirit to live within you and give you Christ’s thoughts – who is always aligned with the written Word of God.

Follow the Spirit

“‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the Lord of hosts” (Zechariah 4:6).

You are destined for a life of supernatural blessing and breakthrough. When you allow the Holy Spirit to reign over your heart, you are set on fire for His will, ready to do the good works He has planned for you to do.

Seize the Moment

“As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also” (James 2:26).

With the Word and Spirit empowering you, riding the wave of God’s will becomes your lifestyle. Take hold of God’s promises for your life, and you will experience more joy and purpose than you could ever imagine.

Surf the Wave

“For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them” (Ephesians 2:10).

God has made you to do good works and enjoy the thrill of living in communion with Him. Nothing less will ever satisfy you! Let yourself be drawn to God as He carries you along on the glory of His goodness!

Are you ready to do His will and swim out to the deep for the perfect wave? I’ll meet you there!
