It’s About the Savior, Not the Season

If you’re like me, you love Christmas and the wonderful joy of the holiday season. The sights. The sounds. The smells.

But yet, how easy is it for us to get so involved in the distractions of the season, that we overlook the main reason for it all… Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior?

This Christmas, Barbara and I are praying for a fresh new intimacy with the Lord for you.  As you go about the hustle and bustle of Christmas, we encourage you to spend time in His presence. Let go of the distractions and worries of the season and rest in Him.

Remember, Christmas isn’t about celebrating a holiday. We’re not celebrating a philosophy or religion.  A fad or trend. We’re celebrating God’ s eternal promise to you and to me through Jesus.

Take this time to grow in your intimacy with Him… and I promise, He’ll pour out more blessings in your life than you’re able to contain. Whatever breakthrough you need… step out in faith and trust Him… He will provide the answers.

May you be richly blessed in Him this season and may you find extravagant joy in His presence as you celebrate His ultimate gift of love.   You are a true gift to this ministry and to the countless thousands who are coming to Jesus daily. Thank you.
