“I have too much to do.” “There aren’t enough hours in the day.” Words often spoken in the workplace, churches, and homes. However, complainers may not realize that the Bible has the answer in God’s promise to give us “length of days.”

Each day may contain only 24 hours, but with God’s blessing, He can make it possible for us to accomplish more than we thought possible. It can seem like we have more time, for He supernaturally can make us more productive.

How do we receive length of days? First, by knowing God’s Word. But it is not enough just to read it once in a while or know about it. We must fill our minds with His Word and constantly, consistently, put its principles into action.

But there is more! The Bible promises to give us fullness of life. He will give us greater perspective and wisdom. Deeper insights and understanding. Overwhelming favor and anointing. Practical protection and guidance. And we will receive peace! Turmoil will be replaced by truth. Anxiety will be replaced by confidence.

Do you want to be more productive? Do you want peace and more of God’s blessings? Then apply these simple truths! Make sure that you fill your life with His Word. Read it. Study it. Meditate on it. And dare to apply Biblical principles. Then trust Him. Watch as He pours out His blessings on you. As He gives you His peace. As He blesses you with “length of days.”
