Lost Heart
Determined to escape the brokenness of an alcoholic home, teenaged Hannah Sweet (Melissa Anschutz) runs away from her small hometown. Against the odds, she finds success in the music industry. But her own drinking problems and the death of her estranged father set her life spinning out of control.
Reluctantly returning to her lakeside home, Hannah finds herself face-to-face with the faulty family foundation she tried to run from years before. Bitter unforgiveness threatens to topple her entire life, but the genuine faith of those she encounters leads her to get honest with herself and God.
Lost Heart weaves comedy into a strong redemptive message, keeping the film from being preachy. The movie offers hope for forgiveness and reconciliation – gifts most every heart needs at some time or other.
