The Blood Makes the Difference
•1 MinutesIt was the blood of the first Passover lamb smeared over the doorpost that made the difference to the Children of Israel in Egypt:
“Now the blood shall be a sign for you on the houses where you are. And when I see the blood, I will pass over you” Exodus 12:13.
As Christians, we know the blood of Jesus the Lamb of God makes all the difference in our lives.
“For indeed Christ, our Passover, was sacrificed for us” (1 Corinthians 5:7)
As we observe the Feast of Passover, remembering how God led the children of Israel out of their slavery in Egypt, we rejoice in the freedom we have as believers in Christ.
Just as God supernaturally intervened to bless His people on that first Passover, I pray that He will stretch out His mighty hand to bring you into His land of abundance as you honor Him.
