Remembering the Holocaust on Holocaust Remembrance Day

Inspiration MinistriesBy Inspiration Ministries1 Minutes

Today is Holocaust Remembrance Day, a day to honor the memory of the six million Jewish victims and millions of others who were persecuted and murdered during the Holocaust.

The devasting events of that time will forever serve as a reminder of the consequences of racism, discrimination, and hate.

Isaiah 41:10, which states, “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand,” offers us assurance that we can rely on God’s strength and help, even when we feel overwhelmed by the enormity of the atrocities committed during the Holocaust.

On this Holocaust Remembrance Day, let us honor the memory of those who were lost by committing ourselves to loving our neighbor. Let us work together, speaking out against racism and antisemitism in every form, to ensure that such atrocities never happen again.

Sincerely,
