Receiving Your Miracles

Jesus wanted His disciples to understand the limitless power that was available to them. So, He made this bold statement: “I tell you, you can pray for anything, and if you believe that you’ve received it, it will be yours” (v. 24 NLT). He did not set limits or conditions, except the degree to which they asked, and believed.

Jesus did not restrict this promise just to the disciples. He said that this same power is available to everyone who is willing to ask Him for answers, who has faith, and who does not doubt.

How often have you read this promise? But, do you really believe that it is true? It can be so easy for doubts to arise in your mind and heart! Or to place conditions on Jesus’ promise. Circumstances can seem hopeless. Your resources can seem limited. You might look at the mountains you face and feel discouraged.

But the Bible tells us that this promise is true! That there are no conditions! That His unlimited power is available for you . . . if you believe that, with Him, nothing is impossible.

Today, if you have needs, put these promises into action. Have faith that God can do anything. Declare His promises to be true, and do not doubt. Ask Him for the miracles you need. Circumstances may seem impossible, but, if you have faith, and do not doubt, Jesus said that “you can pray for anything, and if you believe that you’ve received it, it will be yours.”
