Reasons to Hope

There are many reasons we can feel discouraged. We face difficulties, trials, and challenges. Distressing things happen to us, or to our friends and family members.

These are reasons to remember the blessed hope that is coming for all believers at the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus (Titus 2:13). At that great moment, the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout.

After the dead in Christ rise, we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. When this happens, all of us will always be with the Lord. Always!

The Bible said these words should give us comfort and perspective. Through every circumstance, we can know His joy and peace. We can feel His presence, and let Him take away every worry. We can be assured that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).

Today, be confident in God. He has planned a glorious future for you. No matter what you are going through, be encouraged and filled with hope.

If Jesus is your Savior, you can be ready for whatever life brings you. You have nothing to fear! Above all, you have the promise of spending eternity with Him!
