What does worship look like in heaven? The Bible pictures angels around God’s throne who never tire of praising Him—and it invites you to join them.

“All the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures, and they fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God” (Revelation 7:11).

The Bible tells us that Heaven is filled with worship. No one there ever tires of worshipping God. Nothing else is so important. The worship is glorious, exhilarating, awe-inspiring—and it’s led by angels.

Inspired by that spirit of worship, sculptor Mark Patrick created “The Exalter.” This sculpture captures the biblical portrayal of angels as worshippers.

In our complex world, it can be difficult to enter into worship. We’re often distracted or overwhelmed by our daily schedules and challenges. It’s easy to forget the importance of worship as we focus our attention on other things.

But the Bible reminds us that worship is a key for ushering us into the presence of God and releasing His power. We can worship anywhere, anytime. But wherever we are, we need to be a grateful people who are conscious of His presence and all He has done for us.
