An Independence Day Message
•1 MinuteAs we celebrate Independence Day here in the United States, I want to encourage you to be free from the domination of bad habits, worry, or fear.
The Gospel is about being freed from such oppression. That’s why Jesus quoted Isaiah’s Old Testament prophecy that He had been sent to “set free those who are oppressed” (Luke 4:18 NASB).
Today, I encourage you to renew your commitment to the truth of God’s Word. Be filled with the Holy Spirit, allowing Him to direct your life. Live in the promise that “the truth will set you free” (John 8:32).
