Now’s Your Time for a Breakthrough!

Regardless of your circumstances today, I want you to know that God cares, and He stands ready to help. He not only wants to give you eternal life for when you die, but He also wants to touch your life with miracles NOW. Your health, your marriage, your kids, your ministry—He wants to impact every area of your life.

Friend, TODAY can be one of your appointed times for a breakthrough. You may have been waiting a long time for some prayer to be answered, but this can be the day things begin to turn around for you.

Look at this great promise in Scripture:

In an acceptable time I have heard you, and in the day of salvation I have helped you. Behold, NOW is the accepted time; behold, NOW is the day of salvation (2 Corinthians 6:2).

God is a NOW God! Instead of just dwelling in the past or the future, He always IS!

That means God is ready and able to meet you at the point of your need today. The apostle Paul writes that, because God is faithful, we can have full confidence in His desire to answer our prayers: “For all the promises of God in Him [Christ] are Yes, and in Him Amen…” (2 Corinthians 1:20). This is His answer to your cry for help today: Yes and Amen!

Yet God’s Word also tells us there are specific ways for us to approach Him if we want to unleash His miracle-working power. His promises come with various conditions, such as believing Him, obeying His instructions, and Sowing Seeds in order to receive a Harvest. Once we’re confident we’ve “done all,” we can stand in faith and trust God to fulfill His Word (Ephesians 6:13).

It’s Time for the “Extraordinary”

Acts 19:11 says, “God was performing extraordinary miracles by the hands of Paul.” What an exciting and timely statement! God not only wants to do “ordinary” miracles in our lives—He wants to give us extraordinary breakthroughs as well. He wants to work in “above normal” ways to intervene in our difficult circumstances.

But along with my growing sense of expectancy, my heart also is burdened that many of God’s people still haven’t learned to follow His Kingdom principles. Many are like farmers awaiting their Harvest, when they’ve failed to plant the necessary Seeds. Do you see how foolish that is?

One of the most basic principles of seeing God’s miraculous provision is learning to plant Seeds He can multiply into a Harvest. I hope you’ve discovered the joy of following this amazing foundational precept of God’s Word.

Paul writes:

He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully…And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work (2 Corinthians 9:6-8).

Fantastic promises, don’t you think? And this “all sufficiency” and “abundance” are the results of Sowing bountifully into the work of the Lord.

Miracles Happen in His Presence

When miracles happen, there is no doubt that God—and He alone—is the One responsible. Dramatic answers to prayer are more than coincidences, they are GOD-incidents!

We see God’s mighty hand at work when cancers disappear, when prodigal children come to their senses and return home, when marriages are restored, and when our hearts are transformed through trusting His provision.

However, perhaps you are still waiting. I understand. I have experienced my own times of patiently awaiting God’s provision. But as the Lord told the prophet Habakkuk, I believe He’s saying to you today: “The vision is yet for an appointed time…Though it tarries, wait for it” (Habakkuk 2:3).

Don’t give up! Now can be your time. Listen and obey what God tells you to do. Then get ready for your breakthrough.

What is He saying to you today? Is there a Seed you need to Sow…a situation you need to pray for… a person you need to help? As you gain more intimacy with the Lord and plant Seeds for Souls, you will surely Reap a mighty Harvest in this life and the life to come.

I am praying you will experience God’s presence in a very special way this month. Remember: In His presence, miracles happen. Nothing is impossible for Him!

The Lord is beckoning you to come boldly into His throne room today (Hebrews 4:16). He isn’t just a God of the past or the future—He wants to change your life TODAY.
