More Than Conquerors
•1 MinutesAmid life’s challenges, it can be easy to feel discouraged and powerless. But the Bible reminds us that God wants us to be victorious in everything we do. We do not have to be content with a small degree of success because we are “more than conquerors” in all these things.
To what was Paul referring? He just had described various problems he had faced (v. 35). He had concluded, “we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose” (v. 28). Paul had learned that we can be victorious in every situation.
Whatever situations you face, remember that through Jesus you are more than a conqueror. In every situation, through Him you can prevail. No matter what difficulties you experience, no matter what challenges you face, what mistakes you make, you are victorious through Him!
Do not allow challenges to cause you to feel defeated or afraid. Don’t allow your heart and mind to be dominated by worry or doubt. Turn to God and seek His peace. Believe Him for the wisdom you need. Confess His promises, over and over. Stand on His Word. Continue to believe that His promises are true for you.
Today, make this bold declaration: “In everything I face, I am more than a conqueror through Him who loves me.” Praise His name!
