Proclaiming Jesus Worldwide

Fifteen years ago, God gave birth to a vision born in David Cerullo’s heart. The vision was to launch Inspiration TV as a tool for God to send the light of the Gospel to people around the world who sit in darkness. It was a vision to be a part of seeing the knowledge of the Lord cover the earth like the waters cover the sea (Habakkuk 2:14).

This year, Inspiration TV celebrates its 15th year anniversary with a commemoration of its vision of sharing God’s promise with the world. “This is more than a celebration of 15 years of broadcasting the Gospel to the nations of the world, and more than a celebration to thank God for the great things He has done and is doing,” said the Inspiration Ministries Founder and CEO. “This is a prophetic call to declare, proclaim, and release a word of breakthrough over your life. God is the God of Breakthroughs!”

For a decade prior to the launch of Inspiration TV, the United States had been Inspiration Ministries’ primary target market. But while on a trip to a remote part of Africa, David received a new vision for sharing the Good News worldwide when he spotted a faded Coca Cola sign on the side of the road. “While half the world had tasted the popular soft drink, billions had never tasted the eternal, life-giving water of Jesus Christ.”

Desiring to honor Jesus’ commission to take the Gospel “to the remotest part of the earth” (Acts 1:8), David formulated principles for using media and technology to fulfill the Great Commission. He saw the potential for television, to “help usher in a new era of evangelism and bring new strength to the body of Christ.”

Launching in 2005, Inspiration TV began broadcasting in just 40 countries. Today the network reaches over 200 nations, including many in Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. Because of our TV and digital evangelistic outreaches, thousands of people each day are proclaiming Jesus as their Lord and Savior – more than 2.5 million in 2019 alone!

We at Inspiration TV believe this is only the beginning of our impact for God’s Kingdom worldwide as we urgently search for new ways to share the loving touch of Jesus. We are grateful for the millions of souls saved, physical healings, marriages restored, chains of deceptions broken, and financial breakthroughs – but we know more remains to be done.
